Even though the CSS3 specification is no where near complete this does not mean that we can't begin to take advantage of some of its features right here and now. There are some really nice properties available to us Web Designers in the new CSS3 spec such as the border-radius command, non system font embedding, image-less background gradients, and text rotation amongst many others. Most Web designers have been reluctant to use these new CSS3 properties due to thier minimal and inconsistent browser support but thanks to Paul Irish, Jonathan Neal, Boaz Sender, Zoltan Hawryluk, and their creation of CSS3Please.com we can start using these exciting features in our code today!
CSS3Please! is a great resource for cross broswer solutions regarding CSS3 properties. With CSS3Please! designers can manipulate the values right in the page in order to see their effect in real time and can then simply copy and paste real, working, cross-browser CSS3 code snippets into their very own stylesheets.
Very exciting stuff! Check out CSS3Please! and start using CSS3 in your Websites TODAY!
