Have you ever been working in PhotoShop and needed to quickly convert your locked background layer into a normal layer with all of the normal layer properties? Well I have a quick and easy solution for you:
Step 1
grab your background layer
Step 2
drag your background layer to the trash can
Step 3
Your background layer now becomes a normal layer (layer 0)
